Gardening with TreeUtah at the EcoGarden

A sculptural sign that spells

Join us at our EcoGarden at the Day-Riverside Branch Library (1575 W 1000 N, Salt Lake City, UT 84116) from 9:00am - noon on Saturday, March 30th for a delightful morning of gardening!

We'll be planting perennials of various sizes in addition to sowing seeds for a variety of plants that will benefit the pollinators who visit our garden.

We will have all the plants and tools necessary for our gardening activities.

We ask that you wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, enough layers to garden comfortably in the morning's weather, and sun protection. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to fill either at our water station or the water fountains inside the library.

So we know to expect you, please fill out our volunteer waiver by clicking here or the following link: https://treeutah.dm.networkforgood.com/forms/tree-utah-volunteer-waiver

Everyone can help

TreeUtah is dedicated to making our events accessible to everyone. Planting trees might sound intimidating, but it’s a task anyone can help with! Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
