East Canyon Stream and Riparian Restoration

Join TreeUtah once again at beautiful East Canyon for a Stream and Riparian Restoration. East Canyon Creek at Jeremy Ranch, Summit County, Utah. 

Where: East Canyon Creek at Jeremy Ranch, Summit County, Utah. Meet at the Bad Apple Trailhead parking lot (40.74726, -111.562026) behind the Creekside Kids Academy in Jeremy Ranch. This project will require hiking 1/4 mile on a trail and uneven terrain from vehicles.

Details: Bring gloves, eye protection, water, sun protection, bug spray, and lunch. We will finish up by 3pm. This project will require hiking 1/4 mile on a trail and uneven terrain from vehicles.

What We’ll Do: Carry fence posts, cut willow branches, construct human-made dams in the stream.

What to Wear: Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions, it may be cold early, shoes that can get wet or waders, eye protection (sunglasses or safety glasses), gloves.

What to Bring: Bagged lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray.
