EcoGarden Work Party

Come garden and socialize with us at the EcoGarden!

This Summer, we'll be hosting garden work parties every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at our EcoGarden at the Day-Riverside Branch Library (1575 W 1000 N, Salt Lake City, UT 84116).

During these garden work parties, we will work on general garden maintenance, such as weeding, pruning, mulching, and similar tasks. Our ever-evolving EcoGarden stands as a beautiful permaculture demonstration site and community space thanks to volunteers like you who help us keep the garden thriving!

We will bring all the tools needed along with light snacks and refreshments. We ask that you wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, and clothing you don't mind getting dirty. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle.

Please sign our volunteer waiver so we know to expect you by clicking here.

We're looking forward to gardening with you!

If you have any questions about this event, please contact Amy May at 801-573-5685.

Everyone can help

TreeUtah is dedicated to making our events accessible to everyone. Planting trees might sound intimidating, but it’s a task anyone can help with! Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
