Community Tree Planting
Join us at Mount Pleasant City Park (12 W 800 S, Mt Pleasant, UT 84647) on Saturday, May 31st at 1:00 pm to help us plant 10 new trees!

Join us for an awesome summer tree planting event at the Utah State University Taylorsville Campus (920 W Levoy Dr, Taylorsville, UT 84123) on Thursday, July 3rd at 8:00am.
This planting is part of our effort to bring trees to urban areas across the state! By growing our urban forest, we're creating a greener future for our growing community.

Join TreeUtah at Palisade State Park on September 5th and 6th for a tree planting campout!
This volunteer trip includes free campsites at the Wakara Campground and three basic meals for each day of volunteering (grab and go breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, and dinner on the grill (regular and veggie hot dogs, roasted veggie shish kabobs, corn on the cob).

Come plant trees with us on Saturday, September 13th at 9:00 am at Wheeler Historic Farm (6351 S 900 E, Murray, UT 84121).
We'll be panting the brand new Wheeler Farm Tree Walk. This project will go a long way in growing the urban canopy at the park. We can't wait to see these trees grow!

Join TreeUtah and the Alta Environmental Center on Saturday, September 20th to help us plant over 1,000 Engelmann spruce saplings!
We'll be meeting bright and early at 8:00 am at Alta. It might start out chilly, so remember to grab a jacket before heading out.

Join TreeUtah at Virigl Gibbons Heritage Park in Nibley on Thursday, September 25th at 5:00 pm to help us plant trees as part of this awesome project to help protect firefly habitat in Utah!
After the planting, you're invited to join us for free pizza and a special talk on fireflies from Christy Bills, a local entomologist who's looking forward to sharing her knowledge and answering all your questions about our local firefly population.

TreeUtah is dedicated to making our events accessible to everyone. Planting trees might sound intimidating, but it’s a task anyone can help with! Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
