Hardwood Propagation Hands-on Workshop
Join our arborist Pascal at Conservation Garden Park to learn how to turn a simple cutting into a thriving plant, in this free hands-on hardwood propagation lab! This workshop will help you learn the secrets of starting new plants from hardwood cuttings. Come prepared to get your hands dirty and experience hardwood propagation from beginning to end.

Sugar House Park Arboretum Tour and Mulch Madness Event!
Join TreeUtah Saturday, March 7th @10am for a morning of tree education and tree care at our beloved Sugar House Park!
Spring is springing and we're ready to spend some time in our gorgeous city arboretum and learn about trees with our arborist Pascal, on a short and sweet tour.
Mulch Madness will commence after the tour, where you'll get to come help beautify, care for and protect some of the youngest and newest tree additions to the park.
You'll walk away from this event, knowing you have contributed to the growth and life of several tree groves at the park!
Habitat Restoration: Planting & Invasive Species Removal
Help us restore natural habitat along the Jordan River! Join TreeUtah, Hogle Zoo, Jordan River Commission, McCulley Watershed Consulting Service, & Salt Lake County in a Jordan River Restoration day, to plant native species of trees and plants and remove invasive ones in South Salt Lake, SATURDAY May 21st @ 10AM!

Rooted in Success: Learn How to Plant Trees the Right Way

Wuda Ogwa Spring Planting Days
Join TreeUtah and the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation for our Spring Community Planting Days at the Wuda Ogwa Restoration Site to help plant willows, cottonwoods and other native plants to restore the land back to its historic condition.
When: Friday, 4/17 & Saturday, 4/18 from 10am-2pm.
Where: Bear River Massacre Site near Preston, ID (approx. 2 hour drive from Salt Lake City).

Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
