Planting at the Nature Center at Pia Okwai

We're excited to be joining forces with Breathe 4 Trees for this awesome tree planting event on Saturday, October 5th at the Nature Center at Pia Okwai (3310 S 1000 W, South Salt Lake, UT 84119) from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and we hope you can join us!

When you arrive at the planting site, look for our big green tent to check in. Once everyone has arrived, we'll get started with a brief safety talk and planting demonstration. Then, we'll split into groups and get planting.

The trees, tools, and expertise to guide you through the planting process will be provided. We just ask that you wear closed-toe shoes long pants, enough layers to plant comfortably in the day's weather, and sun protection. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle.
