Tree Planting at Constitution Park!
Come plant trees with us, Saturday, April 18th, 10am - 1pm, at Constitution Park in Fairpark!
Address is Oakley St and Clark Ave, Salt Lake City, Ut 84116. This is NOT the Constitution Park in West Jordan. Our planting area will be located behind the Northwest Recreation Center in Fairpark.
When you arrive, look for the green TreeUtah tent and check in! Once everyone's there, we'll do a welcome, planting demonstration with arborists, and safety talk. Then we'll break into groups and get planting! We will bring all the tools, trees, soil amendments, safety equipment, light snacks, drinks and trained staff to guide you.
We ask that you wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, sun protection, and clothing you don't mind getting dirty. Please bring your own refillable water bottle. TreeUtah will make sure there are plenty of snacks for you at the table and fizzy beverages on hand in the cooler. We will wrap up by or 4pm.

TreeUtah is dedicated to making our events accessible to everyone. Planting trees might sound intimidating, but it’s a task anyone can help with! Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
