Wasatch Mountain State Park Snowshoe Hike!
Come up to the Wasatch Mountain State Park, Saturday, February 21st @ 10am, to learn about the local trees and history, with good company in a beautiful setting! All abilities welcome to this interactive experience, where we will be using a dichotomous tree key to identify trees along our hike.
There is a suggested donation of $10 for the tour, which includes the parking pass. You can plan ahead and Give here ♡. Or Venmo/cash can be collected at the event!
Snowshoes are available to rent down at the Visitor Center for a few dollars. Please leave extra time to rent gear / try shoes on, etc, especially since the visitor center can get busy on Saturdays.
We will be meeting at the parking lot in the park, on Miner's Retreat Road. (Drive through the Pine Creek Campground). Here is the pin: https://maps.app.goo.gl/YV67aWfwAVGPcrf29

Everyone can help
TreeUtah is dedicated to making our events accessible to everyone. Planting trees might sound intimidating, but it’s a task anyone can help with! Our events are open to everyone across the spectrums of age, experience, and abilities. Whether you show up to lend your hands to dig holes, your eyes to ensure trees are upright, or your voice to keep us encouraged, you are welcome to plant trees with TreeUtah. If you want to plant trees with us, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and we will be happy to have you join us!
